A Lightning Arrester system protects the electrical wiring and equipment in a facility from the damaging effects of lightning. It normally consists of a high-voltage terminal and a ground terminal. When lightning strikes the building, the surge is diverted through the Arrester to the earth.

In Lightning Arrester Test, all lightning conductors and earth grounding installations are firstly visually inspected by our qualified engineer. A continuity test is then performed at various points of the lightning conductor system. Following this, the resistance to the earth of each earth electrode is calculated and checked if it exceeds the threshold value as per the local guidelines.
